How to pay?

You can pay for items in our online store using the OPAY payment system.

By clicking “Confirm order”, you will confirm the selected payment method. You will receive an email with a receipt confirming your payment.

How to pay via OPAY?

1. Online banking – automatic payment that will redirect you back to our online store. Do not close the active window until you are redirected back.

After clicking “OPAY – PAY THROUGH E. BANKING” and confirming the payment, the payment will be automatically created for you.

After the payment is completed, the page will close. You will be notified by email about the successful payment and will receive a receipt confirming the payment.

2. Perlas – pay after printing the provided information sheet. After making the payment, you can notify us by email at info@hobbyshop.lt so that we can check your order.

3. Bank transfer – copy or print the provided payment information. After making the payment, you can notify us by email at info@hobbyshop.lt so that we can check your order.

How to pay with a gift voucher?

You can use a gift voucher to pay for both your purchases and the delivery fee.

If the gift voucher amount is not enough to cover the full order amount, you can pay the remaining balance. The system will direct you to the OPAY platform.

If the gift voucher amount exceeds the amount of your purchases, the unused balance is not refunded.

How to use partner gift vouchers?

Partner gift vouchers cannot be used directly in our online store.

To use a partner gift voucher, first send the voucher code or a photo of the gift voucher by email to info@kadabra.lt. After receiving the information, we will create a discount code of the corresponding value, which you will then be able to use in our online store.

What if I failed to pay for my order the first time?

If you are a registered customer, go to “Orders” in your account. There you can click “Pay” next to the unpaid order. You will be directed to your order details, where you will be able to make the payment through the OPAY platform.

What to do if you change your mind about the order?

If you are a registered customer and your order is unpaid, or if you have changed your mind about the selected products, you can click “Cancel” next to the selected order in the “Orders” section of your account and your order will be automatically cancelled.

Gift voucher delivery

When purchasing a gift voucher in our online store, you can choose delivery by email, DPD parcel locker or courier. Email delivery is free of charge, while DPD parcel locker and courier delivery are subject to standard delivery charges.

Important

You must provide full, complete and correct information about yourself in all registration and order forms. If you provide inaccurate, false or misleading information, we have the right to cancel your registration or order, or restrict your access to the online store. If your data changes, please update it.
