We ship your ordered goods on the same or the next working day. Delivery of goods usually takes 1-3 days. This deadline is always extended during the Christmas period or mass promotions.

The HOBBYSHOP loyalty card is issued free of charge to customers who have collected shopping receipts for at least 100 EUR in our stores. With these receipts, go to any physical store, fill out the form and you will immediately get a loyalty card.

For board games, puzzles and poker goods – 10%.

With the HOBBYSHOP discount card, discounts are also applied to promotional offers, i.e. an additional 5% or 10% discount is given from the promotional price. The additional discount is not valid only during mass promotions.

The goods purchased in the electronic store can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, if they are not opened or used.

Good quality toys and games cannot be returned.

Yes, you can use an electronic gift card in both online and physical HOBBYSHOP stores.

HOBBYSHOP gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

No, gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

The minimum value of the gift card is EUR 10.00. Maximum – unlimited.

No, the amount of money specified in the gift card must be used during one shopping. If goods are purchased for a lower amount than specified in the gift card, the remaining amount is not refunded to the gift card holder.

Each mystery box contains several different items: from board games to puzzles, anti-stress toys or other accessories. The value of the contents of each mystery box is greater than buying each product individually.

In most cases, we have sufficient stock of all the products available to us, but when a certain product is out of stock, we recommend that you enter your email on the product page and order an informational message. In this case, you will be notified as soon as this product is in stock again.
