Detailed game rules:

1. Setup:
   • Each player receives 4 face-down cards.
   • Players may look at only their two outermost cards and must try to remember them for the rest of the game.
   • One card is turned face-up and placed next to the face-down deck – this starts the discard pile.
2. Player’s turn:
   • Choose one of the actions:
     • Take a card from the discard pile and exchange it with one of your cards.
     • Take a face-down card and exchange it with your card or discard it.
   • If you draw an action card, you can use its special power (optional).
3. Action cards:
   • Angry Dog – take and discard an opponent’s card, then the opponent draws a new one without looking.
   • Cage – lock an opponent for one turn, preventing them from taking any actions.
   • Peek (1) – look at one of your cards.
   • Peek (2) – look at two of your cards.
   • Scavenge – take 3 cards from the face-down deck, keep one, and return the other two.
   • Exchange – exchange one card with another player without looking.
4. Game end:
   • The game ends when a player shouts “MEOW!” believing they have the lowest card value total.
   • All other players get one final turn to improve their cards.
   • The player with the lowest card value total wins.
   • If there’s a tie, an additional round is played.
